Ziff Davis is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Account Manager located in Ottawa. The role focuses on high-touch technical support, client onboarding, and bridging the gap between customer needs and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate seamless post-sales handoff with the Sales team

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in a client-facing technical role
