In this pivotal position, you will manage high-value enterprise accounts as a trusted technical advisor.
Your role includes onboarding clients post-sale, leading technical implementations, and providing seamless product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs. This collaboration ensures that customer feedback is relayed directly to our product team for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client onboarding and sales transitions effectively
• Manage technical implementation and integration for clients
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and walkthroughs
• Serve as a primary escalation point for technical issues
• Partner with support teams to resolve escalated incidents
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in technical account management or similar role
• Strong API proficiency and integration troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge of email infrastructure and protocols
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
• Analytical mindset for understanding performance metrics
