The Bank of Canada is looking for a Windows Support Engineer who has at least three years of experience in managing critical applications within hybrid environments. In this position, you will deliver level 2 technical support, maintain documentation, and drive improvements in server performance and quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Support and upgrade Windows server environments
• Handle level 2 support through ServiceNOW
• Develop SOPs and maintain thorough documentation
• Recommend ways to enhance system performance
• Perform additional related activities as required
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in computer science or IT
• Three years of recent support experience
• Proven background in Windows Server administration
• Familiarity with performance monitoring for servers
• Demonstrated ability with automation tools
