Join Bell Canada as an Amazon Connect Solutions Expert and lead major CCaaS transformations. This hybrid role focuses on advanced cloud architecture and customer experience enhancement.
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be the go-to technical leader for implementing Amazon Connect solutions in various environments. You'll design systems that bridge estate integrations while driving conversational AI initiatives. A strong background in contact centers and cloud frameworks is vital for overseeing project teams and delivering strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and document Amazon Connect architectures
• Manage technical deliverables with external partners
• Design integrations with Amazon cloud services
• Spearhead AI features and machine learning projects
• Lead effective migrations from traditional contact centers
Requirements:
• 7+ years in enterprise IT architecture with cloud focus
• Expertise in coding with Node.js and Python
• Understanding of SIP, WebRTC, and REST APIs
• AWS certification is highly preferred
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
