Position: Telesat Application Specialist - Netcracker Systems
Enhance Telesat's Netcracker application support as a Senior Application Specialist in Ottawa or Bethesda. Utilize your hands-on experience to configure and optimize OSS/BSS applications effectively.

This challenging role invites you to work within Telesat's Network Operations team, focusing on delivering continuous improvements and seamless application integration. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing high-level support. The ideal candidate will be adept in problem-solving and able to work under pressure while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and configure Netcracker OSS/BSS modules like Billing and Service Fulfillment

• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues efficiently

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to outline technical specifications

• Manage system upgrades while minimizing operational disruption

• Develop key technical documentation and user guides

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience with Netcracker

• Proficient in relational databases and scripting

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools

• Strong analytical skills and teamwork ability
