IT Support Technician Bilingual On-site

You'll be responsible for first and second-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while providing excellent customer service within strict service levels. Ideal candidates will have experience working in IT service desks, understanding incident management, and delivering technical support for matrix environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for users
• Install and configure desktop systems and peripherals
• Document technical requirements and incidents accurately
• Provide second-level investigation and diagnosis support
• Engage in knowledge transfer to enhance client capabilities
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum of four years IT experience
• At least three years in service desk support
• Strong documentation and technical analysis skills
• Advanced Microsoft knowledge is essential
