Technology Support Technician in Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage baseline images through SCCM

• Administer endpoint detection and vulnerability analytics

• Research and implement monitoring systems using ELK stack

• Audit group policies for security compliance

• Collaborate on system and job documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Network Technology or equivalent

• Certifications such as Network+ or Security+ preferred

• Minimum of three years in an enterprise network environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
