We are seeking a Senior Network Support Specialist for a 2-year contract starting August 10, 2026
. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 8 days on-site per month
, with the possibility of overtime, including evenings and weekends
, based on operational requirements. Candidates must hold a Secret Security Clearance
, or have resided in Canada for a minimum of 10 years to be eligible to obtain a security clearance

The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing support, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise network infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning network operations
, system integration
, testing
, troubleshooting
, production support
, and technology ever greening
. You will work extensively with Cisco networking technologies
, including Cisco Nexus 9K, Catalyst 9300, Cisco 6508, and APIC platforms
, while supporting Azure Cloud Networking environments and highly available enterprise solutions. The role requires experience participating in CI/CD processes
, supporting scalable service-oriented architectures
, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver reliable and resilient network services.

Experience with
Service Now
, Cisco ASA
, and Check Point firewalls is considered a strong asset. Ideal candidates will bring at least five years of recent experience in network operations, testing, integration, or development within enterprise network environments
, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
