Service Desk Technician

This role requires a proactive Service Desk Technician with 1 to 4+ years of experience in IT support. You will be responsible for first- and second-level technical assistance, analyzing root causes, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication skills in both English and French are essential for engaging with users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level support for end-users
• Analyze and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
• Document user interactions in the ticketing system
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate requests as needed
• Maintain a clean IT workspace following Lean processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 1-2 years’ experience in service desk operations
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office
• Familiarity with Service Now ticketing system
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
