Job Overview

As a Cyber Security Support Engineer, you will be integral in onboarding and supporting clients with the Styx Intelligence product suite.
Your role includes addressing technical queries, optimizing client use of the product, and working alongside product teams to enhance features. This position is ideal for those transitioning from a technical role to a client‑centered position.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical resource for client onboarding
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
- Collaborate with engineering to influence product enhancements
- Train clients on utilizing reporting tools and alerts
- Build and refine playbooks and best practices for team use
- 2‑5 years of experience in customer support or cybersecurity
- At least one relevant cybersecurity certification
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience with high‑risk industry clients preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly in startup environments
