IT and LIMS Support Specialist

In this role, you will handle daily updates of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), manage inventory, and troubleshoot various IT-related issues. Your ability to collaborate with IT and laboratory staff will be key to integrating systems effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills will ensure successful project collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update LIMS configurations and test lists
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
• Work with teams to integrate LIMS processes
• Take part in system upgrades and documentation
• Maintain equipment inventory and support special projects
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Laboratory Science
• Familiarity with LIMS or similar software
• Proactive problem-solver with detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills for diverse teams
• Experience in laboratory environments is a plus
