Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Security, this role involves direct leadership of Senior Analysts to fulfill IAM objectives. The IAM Expert will engage in system planning, testing, and refining mission-critical applications, adhering to relevant architectural standards. Your technical acumen will guide customized solutions, ensuring optimal system functionality and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to plan and prioritize technical tasks

• Provide design alternatives and advice to developers

• Partner with Product Managers for system design guidance

• Conduct in-depth functionality reviews before customization

• Manage systems testing and project migration

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or IT-related field

• 7+ years of IAM/security experience

• 5+ years in platform engineering and solution development

• Strong grasp of IAM protocols and methodologies

• Experience with large-scale mission-critical systems
