- Remote### About The Team Imperative Orchestration, Declarative Automation
- The Cloud Platform Engineering Team is responsible for building and running a cloud platform that enables delivery teams to self-service deployments with reduced lead time and complexity. We also provide secure cloud services and tools that enable internal development teams to build, test and deploy their applications using modern platform tooling like CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and Ansible, with a strong focus on identity, access management, and platform security.

These same tools we leverage to ensure our customer environments are automated, secure, and continuously up to date. We are passionate about code and the power of automation to simplify complex processes while maintaining strong security foundations.

As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing our cloud platform capabilities and delivering exceptional experiences to our development and operations teams.

What you will do
* Solve complex challenges as a trusted technical lead.
* Drive a Dev Ops mindset and collaboration within the Cloud Platform Engineering Team.
* Develop and enhance cloud reference architectures and guide teams on implementation.
* Participate in architectural decisions, improve CI/CD pipelines, and build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes, enhance services, and provide a seamless experience through self-service and modern approaches.
* Mentor and lead team members to achieve excellence in industry best practices.
* Lead code and design reviews for high-quality deliverables.
* Help plan and coordinate day-to-day team activities using Scrum methodologies, including monitoring and triaging work, defining and tracking KPIs, facilitating team discussions and demos, and removing impediments.
* Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
