In this role, you will join a team that provides ongoing IT assistance to professional organizations in Ottawa. Key tasks will encompass user support, technology rollout, and various troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in technology deployment and configuration

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• Understanding of networking fundamentals like VPN and IPsec
