Join Adecco as a Windows Support Engineer for a full-time, 1-year contract in Ottawa, ON. This role demands expertise in Windows Server administration and automation in a hybrid IT setting.
As part of a complex enterprise environment, you'll provide critical Level 2 support and enhance system performance. Your responsibilities include maintaining Windows Server environments, developing automation solutions, and supporting application stakeholders through effective service management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance and upgrades of Windows Server systems
• Deliver Level 2 support ensuring system stability
• Monitor server performance and resolve issues proactively
• Create automation scripts with Power Shell or Python
• Document procedures and system changes thoroughly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hybrid IT support experience
• At least 2 years in Windows Server administration
• Proficient in Microsoft SCCM and GPOs
• Hands-on with IaC tools like Azure Dev Ops
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
