Operation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Support Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, hands‑on experience supporting software development teams, and the ability to work effectively in a customer‑facing environment. This role supports Agile and Dev Sec Ops  delivery teams and contributes to smooth operational workflows across the project lifecycle.

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to Agile and Dev Sec Ops  teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.
• Support sprint activities, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with process improvements, team coordination, and operational planning.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and support needs.
• Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Agile software development and Dev Sec Ops  environments.
• Working as part of a software development team, supporting technical and operational activities.
• Customer‑facing roles, providing support, communication, or service delivery.

• Experience with project coordination or operations support in government or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
• Understanding of IT service management or support processes.
