User Technology Support Specialist at CBC

As a permanent employee, you will deliver first-level support for end-user technology, ensuring installations and configurations meet CBC standards. You will actively monitor, document, and escalate issues while guiding users through solutions and training. Emphasizing security and up-to-date knowledge of technology, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and assisting in larger initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technology issues
• Decommission and maintain user technology
• Provide guidance and training tools to users
• Keep documentation current and accessible
• Install and manage software and inventory updates
Requirements:
• Community College diploma in computer science
• Three years of related experience
• Excellent communication in English and French
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with technology trends and user support processes
