Senior Technical Consultant - Cisco Team

Become a Senior Technical Consultant on Cisco’s Canadian Secure Technical Services team based in Ottawa. This position focuses on delivering high-level network engineering expertise.

In this role, you will engage with enterprise clients to troubleshoot complex network topologies and collaborate with engineering for optimal serviceability. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose intricate network issues for Large Enterprise clients

• Collaborate on producing technical training and documentation

• Conduct simulations of customer scenarios in labs

• Liaise with engineering for detailed bug reporting

• Mentor and guide junior teams on networking solutions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of related experience in networking

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco environments and systems

• Expertise in Layer 2 security and IP protocols

• Strong analytical skills for debugging network topologies

• Ability to secure Canadian Government Security Clearance
