In this pivotal role, you will analyze requests for change, lead testing phases, and work with various stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet best practices. Your ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively with teams is essential in driving operational efficiencies and implementing improvements within payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the RFC process to optimize payroll services
• Collaborate on business requirements and SAP configurations
• Direct and approve Business Acceptance Testing outcomes
• Facilitate ERP configuration changes post-testing
• Promote enhancements to improve service quality for clients
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 5+ years experience with SAP HR/Payroll systems
• Skilled in complex data analysis and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of Payroll regulations and Employment Laws
• Proficient in MS Office suite
