Drive operational excellence as a Windows Support Engineer within a Financial services firm in Ottawa. This long-term hybrid contract focuses on maintaining and optimizing Windows infrastructure.
As a critical team member, you'll utilize your extensive experience in Windows Server administration and automation. Deliver Level 2 technical support and enhance system performance across both on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and upgrade hybrid Windows Server platforms
• Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot critical incidents in collaboration with teams
• Oversee service requests via Service Now ticketing
• Develop automation solutions supporting IaC initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in hybrid enterprise applications
• Proficient in Windows Server 2016–2022 administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM and Group Policies
• IaC experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
• Strong skills in Power Shell and Python scripting
