Bilingual Senior Business Consultant DND​/CAF

Pursue a significant role as a Bilingual Senior Business Consultant within DND/CAF, driving initiatives in joint capabilities and modernization. Your bilingual abilities in English and French will be essential in this influential position.
As part of the CJCI team, you will provide strategic advisory support, shaping the future of defense through your analysis and stakeholder engagement. Your focus will be on interoperability, digital transformation, and producing strategic materials that support high-level decision-making and business architecture changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advisory to CJCI leadership

• Participate in stakeholder engagement and working groups

• Produce analysis and briefing materials

• Support initiatives on digital transformation and interoperability

• Facilitate sessions determining business requirements and impact assessments
Requirements:

• Senior-level experience (95+ points) with over 120 months in the field

• Bilingual in English and French for effective communication

• Experience on two projects defining business requirements

• Direct involvement in at least two CAF/DND projects

• Bachelor’s in Business, Public Administration, or similar
Utilize your strategic skills to influence key defense modernization efforts.
