Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in client environments
• Support Veeam Backup and other disaster recovery solutions
• Manage multiple support tickets effectively
• Provide on-site support for Managed Services clients
• Collaborate with product teams for system enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in cloud and continuity roles
• Proficiency in virtualization and storage technologies
• Background in networking technologies and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for on-site support as required
