In this hands-on role, you will provide essential support to Magnet Forensics employees by managing desktops, analyzing logs, and resolving technical issues. Your responsibilities will also include documenting internal procedures, maintaining system integrity, and delivering timely updates through the ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and manage desktop systems
• Analyze logs to identify potential issues
• Document internal procedures for end-users
• Perform updates and configuration changes
• Monitor hardware integrity and availability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or related diploma
• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac OS
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
