Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an IT Support Technician who can contribute effectively in an office environment. You will handle device asset management and fulfilment processes, including those for Windows, MAC, and mobile devices. Strong communication and IT hardware/software skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage asset inventory and new device stocking
• Fulfill PC requests, including repairs and recertification
• Provide diagnostic and sanitation services for devices
• Support onboarding training for new hires
• Conduct walk-up, deskside, and remote technical support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT Support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Service Now and asset management lifecycle
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and iOS
