The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in workstation management, including troubleshooting, software deployment, and endpoint security. You will collaborate with other IT teams to deliver effective solutions, ensuring that employees have the necessary support to thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage endpoint equipment provisioning with automation tools
• Provide expert troubleshooting for hardware and OS
• Implement workstation configurations for compliance
• Deploy software using Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Deliver technical support both remotely and at deskside
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a Windows environment
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory
• Knowledge of automated deployment and cloud technologies
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Support the technological backbone of CBN by utilizing your expert skills for effective service delivery.
