Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate design workshops and critiques
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant design experience
• Proven record of launching successful digital products
• Proficient in Figma and motion design tools
• Understanding of financial services industry is advantageous
• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
