In this role, you will serve as part of the Onsite Support Team, where you'll address IT issues through direct support and collaboration. Your duties will encompass 1st, 2nd, and potentially 3rd level support, alongside asset management and system installations. Effective communication and a problem-solving attitude are essential to succeed in this dynamic IT support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and support hardware/software issues
• Assist with installation of corporate applications
• Manage file and print services effectively
• Provide audio-visual systems setup and maintenance
• Lead asset management efforts for devices
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an IT support capacity
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies
• Proficiency in Active Directory and SCCM operations
• Knowledge of basic networking protocols
• Meet security vetting standards for employment
