In this role within the IT Internal Customer Experience team, you'll tackle third-level support for SAP ECC and Success Factors. Key responsibilities include transforming client requests into actionable specifications, configuring SAP systems, and overseeing critical documentation processes. Your expertise will drive HR system enhancements through collaboration and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver third-level support for SAP HR systems
• Review client requests and translate them into specifications
• Configure SAP systems and manage pay scales and infotypes
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations
• Collaborate with team on system testing initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years supporting SAP ECC configuration
• 2 years in an IT support role for Success Factors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
