Event Support Specialist at Assembly of First Nations

Your expertise in event technology and logistics will ensure seamless operations throughout AFN's gatherings. You will engage with event coordinators, oversee the use of platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and maintain content on SharePoint. Additionally, your ability to track event budgets will contribute to sound financial practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide event technical support, setup, and troubleshooting
• Manage databases and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with vendors for successful event execution
• Create training materials for users on technology
• Monitor and report on technology usage and performance
Requirements:
• Recognized diploma or degree in technology
• 2 years of relevant technical support experience
• Knowledge of A/V equipment and Share Point
• Competence in project coordination and budgeting
• Valid driver's license for travel to events
