Analytics Advisor at CFMWS

Lead data-driven initiatives as an Analytics Advisor for CFMWS in a hybrid work model. This role is crucial for implementing analytical solutions that enhance business performance.

As part of the Strategic Initiatives team reporting to the Director, you will take charge of developing analytical solutions and tools. You will collaborate with senior management to foster a culture of informed decision-making backed by precise data. Your contributions will ensure data integrity and effectively measure the outcomes of divisional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to boost business performance

• Align decision-making tools with strategic objectives

• Build reporting systems for data-driven decisions

• Maintain data accuracy across internal and external sources

• Create structures to evaluate program impacts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Data Science or similar

• Experience in analytics and policy development

• Expertise in data visualization and project management

• Skills in client-focused communication and teamwork

• French language proficiency preferred
