The Bank of Canada is seeking an Endpoint Management Specialist within the IT Services department. In this role, you’ll support physical and virtual devices, ensuring an excellent user experience while maintaining security standards. You will also work closely with business units and technology partners to implement policies aligned with the digital workplace strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lifecycle of endpoints and application deployments
• Create and support automated endpoint management processes
• Administer Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and maintain documentation
• Enhance operational efficiency through innovative AI solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in enterprise endpoint management
• Expertise in SCCM and Microsoft Intune
• Experience in application packaging methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and team communication
• Relevant degree/diploma and curiosity for new technologies
