Parallels is inviting applications for a Solutions Architect to drive enterprise deployment strategies. You’ll orchestrate technical discovery that aligns solutions with customer environments while showcasing the capabilities of Parallels Desktop. This role is integral in bridging gaps between product offerings and customer execution, developing demo environments, and documenting client challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical discovery to define deployment architectures

• Create and execute live customer demos tailored to specifications

• Document technical barriers and communicate them effectively

• Develop technical content such as deployment guides and solution briefs

• Train sales teams on advanced technical positioning

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in solutions engineering or similar roles

• Hands-on familiarity with macOS and Windows device management

• Strong understanding of identity platforms and security frameworks

• Proven ability to create technical documentation

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
