You’ll engage in delivering 1st and 2nd level support while contributing to organizational IT projects, ensuring seamless user interactions with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues across multiple platforms
• Oversee installation and setup of enterprise applications
• Ensure efficient management of file and print services
• Provide support for audio-visual systems
• Track and manage IT asset life cycles
Requirements:
• Experience in enterprise-level IT support settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SCCM tools
• Familiarity with Active Directory and mobile device management
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP
• Security clearance requirements applicable
