Security Compliance Expert

Be at the forefront of security compliance as a Security Compliance Lead with Dominion Dynamics, based in Ottawa or Toronto. Lead CPCSC certification and enhance supply chain security practices for ongoing success.

This role demands expertise in overseeing compliance programs and driving auditing processes. You will lead the engagement with assessors, manage third-party risk evaluations, and uphold security standards for Controlled Goods and federal contracts. Focus on employee training and policy development to create a culture of compliance and security awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CPCSC certification efforts and audit cycles

• Conduct third-party risk assessments and maintain risk registers

• Manage Controlled Goods registrations and obligation adherence

• Ensure contractual security requirements are met

• Develop role-based security training programs

Requirements:

• Proven background in security compliance frameworks

• Familiarity with ITSP.
10.171 or similar standards

• Experience in vendor security diligence and risk

• Aptitude for building new compliance functions
