At DXC, we’re looking for an ITSM Solutions Expert with deep Service Now insights and at least five years of development experience. In this critical role, you'll design and implement workflows, enhance IT operations, and provide insights through reporting and analytics. You will also partner closely with multi-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs, while ensuring all implementations comply with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize Service Now applications based on identified business needs
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
• Conduct thorough testing and support those deployments
• Integrate ITOM modules with enterprise systems for seamless operations
• Propose improvements to technical processes and configurations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software development with ITSM focus
• Proven experience in business process management
• Skills in user management and Service Now administration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Canadian citizenship and security clearance required
