In this 3-month contract role, you will support users in key security processes, particularly Multi-Factor Authentication. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bilingual support via phone for English and French users
• Lead users through MFA setup and mobile app guidance
• Address login issues, device concerns, and access problems
• Verify user identities while adhering to security protocols
• Direct complex issues to senior technical teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year IT support experience with MFA
• Proficient in English and French, written and spoken
• Familiarity with mobile devices, such as iOS and Android
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 accounts is beneficial
• Strong communication skills for clear technical explanations
