Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition of business capabilities and roadmaps
• Translate user needs into detailed requirements and stories
• Analyze the impact of systems and processes on business
• Provide insightful feedback on documentation
• Support business roll-out with end-to-end validation
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years in business consulting
• Proven experience in strategic planning and vendor selection
• Exceptional communication skills for storytelling
• Familiarity with compliance and security requirements
• Experience in customer-facing operations is a plus
