You will join a dynamic team as a mid-level Solutions Engineer, engaging deeply with merchant workflows and uncovering hidden conversion opportunities. Your ability to deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts will showcase how Noibu’s platform aligns with critical business outcomes. You'll also aid in developing playbooks that enhance our engagement effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical discovery with merchants alongside AEs
• Present tailored demos showcasing platform capabilities
• Address and resolve technical objections with ease
• Create proof-of-concepts that reflect client environments accurately
• Share valuable product feedback from field experiences
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in technical product showcases
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Magento
• Strong hands-on JavaScript and web development skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical levels
• Innovative mindset with a proactive attitude
