  • Lead ERP optimization and integration of engineering and operational systems.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve productivity and competitive positioning.
Process Excellence, Automation & AI
  • Drive enterprise-wide process automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead AI transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and performance optimization.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through strong analytics and reporting frameworks.
Facilities & Operational Services
  • Oversee office and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-managed environments that support engineering and project teams.
  • Align facilities planning with company growth and operational needs.
  • Develop and manage the enterprise services budget, including capital investments, infrastructure planning, and workforce forecasting.
  • Conduct feasibility and economic evaluations of systems, platforms, and service models.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources across enterprise functions.
People & Organizational Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a diverse, cross-functional leadership team.
  • Build strong succession plans and develop future leaders within enterprise functions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and service excellence.

  • Strong alignment between engineering operations and digital systems
  • Measurable efficiency gains through automation and process optimization
  • Clear governance frameworks and enterprise KPIs
  • High engagement and performance within enterprise service teams

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across IT, enterprise systems, or operational services.
