Enhance user experiences as a UX Special Advisor in Ottawa, supporting a Government of Canada client. Contribute to modernizing HR systems through design thinking and UX research.
This on-site role requires a Secret security clearance and focuses on guiding digital transformation initiatives. As a UX Special Advisor, you will provide expertise in user experience research and develop scalable frameworks aligned with government standards. You'll lead implementation strategies and foster user-centric approaches within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory services in user experience design and research
• Develop UX research and design frameworks tailored to the organization
• Create implementation strategies and service blueprints
• Identify UX improvement opportunities through business process analysis
• Deliver training to embed user-centered practices across teams
Requirements:
• Active Secret-level security clearance (PSPC)
• Experience in UX research within Federal organizations
• Proven UX leadership in digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Government of Canada digital policies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Contribute to enterprise-level UX practices and influence significant digital transformation in a complex federal landscape.
