Position: Temporary Full-Time Analyst - System I
Join Canadian Blood Services as a Temporary Full-Time Analyst - System I in Ottawa. Support IT initiatives and deployment for plasma and whole-blood collection operations.

This role focuses on vital IT support within the Technology Delivery team. As an Analyst - System I, you will assist in configuring technology, providing on-site deployment, and delivering customer support at blood collection events. You are expected to travel to sites and be available for overtime and on-call duties on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT deliverables for network initiatives

• Configure and deploy technology solutions for collections

• Assist with network troubleshooting and configuration

• Provide customer support via multiple communication methods

• Collaborate with analysts and IT services on development

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

• 2-4 years IT experience in deployment and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365

• Intermediate networking and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service abilities
