Key Responsibilities- Oversee IT endpoint provisioning using automation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues
- Evolve workstation configurations for security standards
- Support and patch corporate software applications
- Conduct technical training for end-users
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of Windows workstation support experience
- Proficiency in networking infrastructure and protocols
- Scripting experience with Power Shell or Bash
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
