Support Magnet Forensics employees as a Desktop Support Analyst. Your hands‑on role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing systems, and ensuring effective desktop performance. In this position, you’ll provide day‑to‑day internal support focused on end‑user needs.
With over two years of technical experience, your expertise in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems will significantly enhance the employee experience. You’ll also document procedures, analyze logs, and perform system updates while ensuring hardware integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Install and manage desktops for staff
- Analyze logs for potential system issues
- Document internal procedures for end‑users
- Perform system monitoring and configuration
- Provide support outside normal business hours
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- 2+ years in technical infrastructure administration
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Office 365
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Excellent problem‑solving and documentation skills
