Engage with teams to create impactful business solutions and mentor fellow analysts in your technical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document business capabilities and roadmaps

• Analyze user needs and convert them to user stories

• Assess effects of processes on future business developments

• Generate and review necessary communication materials

• Coach Business & Systems Analysts and enhance team skills

Requirements:

• 5 – 10 years experience as a Business & Systems Consultant

• Familiarity with agile and traditional project methodologies

• Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills

• Understanding of Design Thinking and digital products

• Ability to manage projects in complex environments
