Hybrid Windows Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade Windows server environments

• Provide level 2 technical support via ticketing systems

• Thoroughly document processes and root causes

• Recommend enhancements for performance and quality

• Support related tasks and deliverables as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or related field

• 3+ years supporting critical applications in hybrid environments

• 2+ years experience with Windows Server systems

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools

• Understanding of scripting languages like Power Shell
