You will complement the sales team by conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients, helping them understand their ecommerce architecture and intricacies. Through tailored demos and strong technical knowledge, you will empower merchants to grasp Noibu's value proposition and achieve desired outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders will be pivotal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run deep discovery with merchants' technical and commercial teams
• Present customized demos and POCs that resonate with merchants
• Address and resolve technical issues during discussions
• Develop proof-of-concept environments tailored to client use cases
• Gather vital product feedback for development teams
Requirements:
• Experience with technical product presentations
• Knowledge of popular ecommerce platforms is preferable
• Solid technical background in web development practices
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Proactive, tech-savvy attitude towards learning
