In this full-time permanent role, you'll be integral to the Corporate Information Services department, enhancing service delivery across CBN sites. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, managing workstation configurations, and supporting various technologies. You'll also collaborate with IT teams for problem resolution and train end-users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provision and deprovision IT endpoint equipment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware and OS
• Manage workstation OS security configurations
• Deploy and support corporate standard software applications
• Provide technical services remotely and at deskside
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT
• 5+ years of Windows workstation support experience
• Knowledge of networking and automated deployments
• Experience with Azure Active Directory management
• Ability to lift items up to 40lbs
