Diamond is seeking an Advanced Support Engineer with 5-8 years of enterprise level experience in networking and Internet Security technologies.
Your role will encompass customer support, troubleshooting, and maintaining technical knowledge, particularly with Check Point products. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with various client levels, ensuring effective problem resolution and managing expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical technical support to customers
• Facilitate installations and maintenance of systems
• Manage customer expectations and technical issue resolution
• Develop troubleshooting skills for Check Point products
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in enterprise networking and Internet Security
• Proficient with Check Point products
• Strong understanding of RHEL or Linux systems
• Experience in configuring VPN technologies
• Basic skills in UNIX shell scripting using Bash
