Experienced Scrum Master

Elevate project delivery as a Scrum Master in a hybrid role, requiring 12 onsite days per month in Ottawa. Effective facilitation of Agile ceremonies and resource alignment are key.

This contract position demands a Scrum Master with proven experience in leading multiple IT operations teams. You will utilize JIRA for task assignment and tracking while supporting product owners in backlog prioritization.

Your role includes keeping stakeholders informed through project updates and managing risks proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily scrums and sprint retrospectives

• Assign and track tasks using JIRA

• Collaborate with product owners for backlog management

• Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Resolve outstanding issues via Service Now tickets

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or CSP)

• At least three years leading Scrum teams

• Strong experience with JIRA and Service Now

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work hybrid with required onsite days
