ServiceNow Technical Lead Consultant

As a technical lead for Service Now at US Tech Solutions, you will conduct BCM and SAM Pro feasibility assessments and contribute to effective business redesign workshops. Collaboration is key, as you will translate business needs into technical requirements while managing project plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform BCM and SAM Pro feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with clients to clarify and document requirements
• Create technical project plans with key milestones
• Establish Service Now epics and stories
• Assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project
Requirements:
• University degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience as a Service Now technical lead
• Three years of experience with SAM Pro projects
• Hands-on experience configuring Service Now solutions
• Familiarity with the Service Now development lifecycle
